Inoue wins vacant WBO Asia Pacific super welterweight title

TAKESHI Inoue of Japan knockout Komsan Polsan of Thailand in the 2nd

round to win the vacant World Boxing Organization Asia Pacific super

welterweight title last Aug.3 at the Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan.It was the

14th win with 8 knockout against 1 loss and 1 draw by Inoue.Polsan

suffered his 11th defeat against 38 wins with 24 knockout and 1 draw.Inoue

recently suffered an unanimous decision loss to Jaime Munguia of Mexico

last Jan. 26 in a battle for the WBO world super welterweight

title.Meanwhile, Kazuto Takesako (11W-0L-1D, 11KO) of Japan retired Shuji

Kato (10W-2L-2D, 6KO to win the Japanese middleweight title in the under
