Inson loses by 57 seconds in TKO

LATE-substitute Jayar “Hitman” Inson of Davao City lost by a technical knockout to Sergey “Samurai” Lipinets of Russia last night (July 21 morning in Manila) at the MGM Grand, Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.The 30-year old Lipinets hit a left hook with 57 seconds in the 2nd round for the winning shot.It was the 12th knockout and the 16 win against 1 loss by Lipinets. Inson, 28 suffered his 3rd loss against his 18 wins.Meanwhile, Genisis “Cobra” Libranza of Davao City won by a TKO over Carlos “Mighty” Maldonado of Los Angeles in the 4th round.Libraza scored his 11th knockout in the 19 win against 1 loss.John Leo Datu of La Union scored his 12th win and the 8th knockout to remain undefeated against Juan Antonio Lopez of Mexico.
