An exciting fight in Belém, Pará-Brazil, and the first time a WBC FECONSUR title bout was in another Brazilian state, apart from São Paulo.
Isaac Rodrigues and Sergio Santos Dantas fought a war, which developed into a bloody rampage.
Both boxers gave their all inside the ring, providing an excellent match for the fans and thrilling the audience.
Isaac Rodrigues suffered a cut between his forehead and eyebrow, which made the fight more tense. Sergio Dantas suffered three knockdowns during the fight (3rd, 6th, and 10th Rounds).
At the end of the 10 rounds, Isaac Rodrigues was crowned as the new WBC FECONSUR Champion, via unanimous decision.
In Rodrigues’ corner there were coach Ulysses Pereira and four-time World Champion Acelino “Popó” Freitas.
The event had a total audience of 30% due to restriction measures: 700 people, and was promoted by Mrs. Luciene Pontes Coelho, while the Inspector was Mike Miranda Jr.
