Former world champion Jackie Nava has become an example for the younger generation, conquering and achieving so much in the sport
Jackie is anxious to return to the ring, as she was absent for dedicating time to politics as a Federal Deputy.
“As a Deputy, I now have greater commitment. I have to keep a balance of both my duties and with my family. I think that my story as boxer still continues, and I still have things to do.”
Jackie, who was the first female WBC champion, stated she enjoys being inside a ring. “I enjoy fighting and people enjoyed it too, so we need to be there again.”
Nava, (32-4-3, 14 KO), is looking forward to conquer a third world championship after dominating the bantamweight and super bantam divisions.
