Jarrell Miller is looking at a quick turnaround after smashing a criminally outmatched Tomasz Adamek two weeks ago, headlining a November 17th DAZN card in Atlantic City against an opponent to be named.

Miller (22-0-1, 19 KO) has been transparent about his intent to fight for the regular WBA heavyweight belt, which was held by Manuel Charr until he tested positive for anabolic steroids. Fres Oquendo is still owed a crack at said belt, so he seems the obvious foe for “Big Baby,” but I don’t envision them putting even a sham title fight together on a month’s notice.

Other members of the card include Claressa Shields (6-0, 2 KO), who was originally supposed to fight Christina Hammer on that date before the latter withdrew, against Hannah Rankin (5-2, 1 KO), whom BoxRec claims is fighting an unrelated opponent on November 3rd. There’s also Brandon Rios vs. Ramon Alvarez, Gabriel Rosado vs. Luis Arias, and TBA pulling triple duty against Miller, Ricky Burns, and potentially Luis Ortiz.

There’s nothing else scheduled for November 17th besides a handful of European title fights, so it could be worth tuning in for the spectacle, at least.
