The Ultimate Fighter 25 truly was redemption for Jesse Taylor. The man who ruined his TUF chance due to a drunken rampage years ago was finally given another chance, and he made the best of it by winning the whole show. His next bout was scheduled to go down in Australia against Belal Muhammad, but he was pulled from the fight due to running afoul of USADA, failing an out-of-competition drug test.
One day later, JT Money took to social media to explain himself:
“The truth will come to Light! I am just as shocked and surprised by this tragedy. Our Team is looking into this matter. Let due process do it work before judging on the matter. Those that know me know this is wrong. We will Fight this and I will be back. I am sorry to Aussie friends and fans but that fight is off due to to this matter I am very bummed but we will get to bottom of this. I’ll Be BaCk”
Taylor (31-15, 1-1 UFC) defeated Dhiego Lima to claim the TUF 25 crown in July.
