UFC on FOX: Emmett vs. Stephens took place Feb. 24 at the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida. UFC strawweight contenders Jessica Andrade (18-6) and Tecia Torres (10-2) faced off in the night’s co-main event, which aired live on FOX. Catch the video highlights below.

Round 1: Kevin MacDonald on hand to oversee the evening’s co-main event. Andrade looking to land early, but she takes several counter-punches as Torres backpedals. Overhands from Andrade on the approach, Torres defending and countering with punches of her own. Andrade scores with a right hand. Torres’s speed clearly bothering Andrade. Torres pulling away on the scorecards early on. Andrade still head hunting, just absorbing shots to close the distance. Andrade having more success, she lands an uppercut, a right hook, and a short left. 1-2 lands for Torres, but Andrade putting more pressure on now. Andrade looking to clinch up occasionally, but Torres’s takedown defense is holding strong. Andrade scoring with knees to the body and short punches when they separate though. Torres lands a few punches in close, but Andrade gets a big takedown at the end. Close round

Round 2: Torres avoids a flurry from Andrade, the Brazilian pressing forward non-stop. Kick to the body from Torres momentarily halts Andrade. “Bata Estaca” is swinging for the fences. Torres’s defense holds up until Andrade gets deep on a takedown attempt and slams her to the mat. Andrade in side control and Torres tries to counter with a reverse triangle, but Andrade slips out. Andrade stands up to look for ground-and-pound, which gives Torres the opening to eventually stand up. Torres with a right hand over the top. 1-2 for Torres. Andrade not deterred, she moves in and punches Torres’s body. Torres tries to counter a takedown by taking Andrade’s back, and Andrade just throws her down. They get back up against the fence and Andrade tosses Torres down again. Andrade stands up and eats an up kick. Armbar attempt by Torres and Andrade picks her up. Torres lets go. Andrade sprawls on top of Torres, who counters by standing up and securing a body lock. Andrade defends against a trip and stays upright. Another close one.

Round 3: A hug to kick off the final round, then Andrade gets back to trying to take Torres’s head off. Torres avoids any heavy shots, but Andrade gets her down again and looks to advance to mount. Torres blocks the transition and stands up against the fence with Andrade leaning on her. They separate. Andrade ducks a punch and body locks Torres, getting another quick slam. Torres back to her feet. Andrade takes her leg and pulls back to trip her down, she get into top position looking to do some damage from there. Hammerfists and punches to the body from half guard for Andrade. Torres is stuck under Andrade, taking strikes to the body from side control. She kicks Andrade off, but only has a minute to catch up on the scorecards. Single leg takedown for Andrade, but Torres immediately scrambles into back position. Andrade shakes her off and ends up in half guard once more. More ground-and-pound from Andrade. She lets Torres stand and bullies her against the cage again. Andrade gets one more takedown to close out the fight.
