A pair of popular flyweights are coming to Brew Town.
Jessica-Rose Clark and Andrea Lee will face off at UFC on FOX 31 on Dec. 15 in Milwaukee, the UFC announced Tuesday on Twitter. Both are ranked 125-pound fighters trying to carve out a niche in the budding division.
Clark (9-5, 1 NC) is coming off a unanimous decision loss to Jessica Eye at UFC Singapore in June. Prior to that, the Australia native was on a three-fight winning streak, including a victory overPaige VanZant. Clark, 30, now trains at Syndicate MMA in Las Vegas.
Lee (9-2) has won five straight, most recently beating Veronica Macedo by unanimous decision in her UFC debut at UFC Chile in May. The Texas native is a former LFA women’s flyweight champion. Lee, 29, vowed she would keep focus on her MMA career following a warrant being issued for the arrest of her husband Donny Aaron on domestic violence charges.
UFC on FOX 31 does not yet have an announced main event. On Monday, the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reported that Bobby Green would fight Drakkar Klose on the card in a lightweight matchup.
