The event was originally scheduled for October 31st
With Jeff Horn vs. Manny Pacquiao II delayed, ESPN has had to shuffle around its planned Top Rank shows for this fall/winter. Their planned October 31st card is now set for November 11th in Fresno.
The main event pits WBO super bantamweight champ Jessie Magdaleno against top contender Cesar Juarez. Magdaleno (25-0, 18 KO) won the belt with a narrow decision over Nonito Donaire and easily demolished Adelison Dos Santos in his first title defense. Juarez (20-5, 15 KO) has won three straight, including a knockout of unbeaten Filipino Albert Pagara in 2016.
In the co-feature, Artur Beterbiev finally returns to the ring after his promotional spat with Groupe Yvon Michel against Enrico Koelling. Beterbiev (11-0, 11 KO) has not fought since crushing Isidro Ranoni Prieto last December but is heavily favored against Koelling (23-1, 6 KO), whose last two fights saw him win decisions over Ryno Liebenberg.
Undefeated super lightweights Jose Carlos Ramirez (20-0, 15 KO) and Mike Reed (23-0, 12 KO) open the tripleheader in a fight for Ramirez’s WBC trinket.
