Jianzheng in a rematch with Zhaoxin on Dec. 26

Orthodox Jianzheng Wang of Pingdu will have a return bout against early tormentor Zhaoxin Zhang of Chengdu on Dec. 26 at Crowne Plaza in Shaoxing, China.

This time, Jianzheng will defend his World Boxing Association Asia Cruiserweight title against Zhaoxin.

The 33-year-old Jianzheng (9W-1L-0D, 7KOs) already lost to Zhaoxin by a technical knockout in the 1st round last Nov. 10, 2019, at Fuzhou Stadium in Fuzhou.

Zhaoxin, 25 (9W-1L-1D, 5KO), on the other hand, has beaten recently Zi Yue Lyu by a TKO in the 3rd round last Nov. 15 at Zhenhaibao Theatre in Yinchuan.

It is promoted by Jiashu Chen of China International Sports Indus.
