British unbeaten heavy-handed heavyweight Joe Joyce (15-0, 14 KO’s) stopped Kiwi former titlist Joseph Parker (30-3, 21 KO’s) in 11 the WBO interim heavyweight crown at the excited AO Arena in Manchester, England
The bigger Joyce accurately landed brutal jabs on the Kiwi, ravaging Parker’s face.
The undefeated Briton continued to outpunch Parker in the following chapters, visibly reducing his stamina.
Parker landed shots, but they had little effect on Joyce.
Joyce finally closed the show by knocking down the New Zealander with a crushing left hook in round 11, Parker failing to beat the count.
