JOSE RAMIREZ DEFENDS THE WBC CONTINENTAL AMERICAS TITLE

Jose Ramirez defended his WBC Continental Americas super lightweight belt, by defeating Manny Perez by UD.

In this ten rounder,  Ramirez  appreciably improved his record to 17 victories with 12 KO´s. Even though he built up a commanding lead, he had to fight hard against a tough and determined rival who never gave up.
During the first four rounds, Ramirez relied on his educated left hand to school an experienced  rival, punctuating it with long combinations, backed up by speed and accuracy, Ramirez reaffirmed and relied upon this savvy practical strategy, to notch up an important and significant victory in his continuing quest towards the absolute crown.
