Unified super lightweight champion Namibian star Julius Indongo (22-0, 11 KO’S) can`t wait,   for what he calls the biggest fight of his blossoming career, against “Bud!”

After defeating the then unbeaten Eduard Troyanovsky in Russia and former champion Ricky Burns in Scotland, the Namibian boxer will travel to the United States to fight 140-pound World Boxing Council champion Terence “Bud” Crawford (31-0, 22 KO ‘ S).

The fight will be on Aug. 19 at the Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln, Nebraska, near Omaha, hometown of Crawford, and it will be broadcast via ESPN.

Julius said: “Ever Since I started boxing, I’ve always sought out great challenges. When my fight with Crawford was announced I was so happy. This is the kind of exacting test, which motivates me to do even more in the gym. I know he is one of the best boxers of today. But Bud… I believe in my own abilities and I am sure that I will win on his own home turf. I want the world to listen carefully to the announcer when he mentions my name as the winner of the fight.

“It is very difficult to predict how the fight will go, but I believe in myself and my team. We are very motivated and disciplined, we have worked extra exceptionally hard and we are ready to go to the United States to fight an absolutely great fight for a title.!”
