WBC light flyweight champion Ken Shiro, from Japan, will defend his crown against Panamanian Gilberto “Cacique” Pedroza, on December 30 at a venue to be defined.
Last month, Shiro successfully recently defended his belt in a big fight against Mexican former world champion, Pedro Guevara.
For his part, the “Cacique” Pedroza, also 25 years old, comes from defeating Mexico`s Mexican Saúl “Baby” Juárez, in Haiti , also last month.
Undaunted and unabashed Pedroza says: “I am very happy and motivated for this world title fight and with the positive mentality to conquer the belt.”
