Last night at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, NABF light flyweight champion Kim Clavel (12-0, 2 Ko’s) showed her quality by defeating Natalie Gonzalez (6-1, 1 Ko’s) for a win, by unanimous decision with scores of 80-72 on the 3 cards of the judges.
Clavel was more active throughout the fight, always with an orderly offensive and neutralizing González’s attacks.
Kim Clavel (12-0, 2 KOs), a Montreal nurse who worked front-line during the COVID-19 pandemic, dented the undefeated record of Gonzalez, 29, of New Rochelle, New York.
