Kovalev vs Shabranskyy, more: Boxing fight times and TV schedule for November 21-25

Sergey Kovalev returns in the week’s main event to face Vyacheslav Shabranskyy on HBO.

Tuesday, November 21

FS1, 8:00 pm ET, Devon Alexander vs Walter Castillo, Miguel Cruz vs David Grayton. Toe-to-Toe Tuesdays returns with this PBC card, featuring the return of former 140- and 147-pound titleholder Devon Alexander, who hasn’t fought since an October 2015 loss to Aron Martinez, which was his second loss in a row and third in his last four fights. Castillo is a veteran opponent fit for a comeback fight like this one, and the co-feature is a prospect matchup at 147. BLH will have live coverage.

Saturday, November 25

HBO, 10:00 pm ET, Sergey Kovalev vs Vyacheslav Shabranskyy, Sullivan Barrera vs Felix Valera, Jason Sosa vs Yuriorkis Gamboa. Kovalev is, of course, looking to come back from two straight losses to Andre Ward, and there is some concern about his attitude coming out of those fights, and about his training, having replaced John David Jackson, and about a lot of things. He’s still the favorite against Shabranskyy, who was once a highly-regarded prospect before a loss to Sullivan Barrera, who is also on this card, and who has become a top contender. The vacant WBO light heavyweight title is on the line in the main event. BLH will have live coverage.

Televisa (MEX), 11:00 pm ET, Julio Ceja vs Breilor Teran.
