“Sorry” Filipino Jonathan “Lightning” Taconing is awaiting a named belting!
He landed on one of Mexico City`s International Runways, in the runup to the July 2 fight or flight against WBC world light flyweight champion, Ganigan “Maravilla” Lopez , at the iconic Arena Coliseo in Mexico City.
Taconing, is accompanied by his coach Jay Ballaran and his physical trainer, Miguel Elorde.
This will be a second world title opportunity for the talented Filipino, who this time around, is confidently claiming to already be near the division limit. He stressed “Fans know I am here to take the title from Ganingan. I am very sorry for the people of Mexico as they have been great to me, but the belt has my name now!”
