CHINESE southpaw Pui Yu Lim stopped Alexander “The Black Horse”Bajawa of Indonesia in the first round only to capture the vacant WBC Asian Boxing Council Continental light heavyweight title last Aug. 26 at the Quancheng Park in Jinan, China.
Bajawa surrendered after he injured his arm during the fight. The 27-year old Lim scored his fifth straight win to remain undefeated with five knockouts.
Bajawa, 35, suffered his 4th setback against 41 wins and four draws.
In the main supporting bout, Richard Garcia landed a vicious body shot to score a 3rd round knockout against Long Zhao, who remained winless in two outings.
In the undercard, Di Zhang finally scored his first win via a 2nd round knockout against Napat Samthong.
