“LOBA” AS SVELTE AS “MILDEW”

WBC female Super Flyweight Champion Zulina “Loba” Muñoz (48-1-2, 28 KO’s) will defend her crown against WBC Silver Champion Guadalupe “Lupita” Martínez (14-9-0, 5 KO’s) ) this Saturday  at the “Oasis Arena, Cancun.

The event is presented by “Cancun Boxing”, “Zanfer Promotions” and “Boxing Time Promotions”, with television broadcast in Mexico via TV Azteca, while CBS Sports Network covers the United States and Canada.
Both passed the 7-day pre-weighing required  by the WBC, to protect the well being of boxers.

Zulina weighed 120.8 pounds (54.8 kilograms), while Guadalupe was 119 pounds (54 kilograms).  Zulina stakes the belt that she conquered on September 29th 2012, defeating Maribel Ramírez in the Polanco Forum of Mexico City. While Lupita Martinez recently defeated Guadalupe Solis.
