LOPEZ AND TACONNING PASS PRE WEIGH IN

Seven days before the WBC light flyweight championship, champion, Ganigan “Maravilla“ López, and the challenger, Jonathan “Lightning“ Taconin, did their weigh in at the Hotel Krystal in Mexico City.
This procedure has the main and specific goal of supervising the gradual losing of weight from the fighters, preventing dehydration.
“Maravilla” Lopez, the WBC 108 pounds King, tipped 50.700 kg, being inside the limit, which is 51.256 kg. (5% of the weight category). Claiming to be ready to face  this important challenge. Victor Cota, on behalf of the WBC supervised the ceremony.
Number one ranked Taconing, tipped 51.150 kg, ready and looking forward  to contesting the WBC light flyweight championship on July 2nd at the Coliseo Arena in Mexico City.
