This weekend at the Arena Transcolor, in Warsaw, Poland, Poland’s Lukasz Stanioch (6-0, 1 KO) defeated his compatriot, Robert Talarek (24-14-3, 16 KOs) by unanimous decision in ten rounds, to capture the super middle francophone title from the World Boxing Council.
The combat was entertaining, with both warriors giving their all to win. Despite having less experience, Stanioch showed better quality and skill.
On the same card, the top world-ranked Polish Michal Cieslak (21-1, 15 KOs), knocked out Russian Yuri Kashinsky (20-2, 18 KOs) in the first round.
