The Lyoto Machida vs. Eryk Anders UFC Belem scorecard reveals how the judges scored the close fight Saturday night.
Judge Guilherme Branco gave Machida rounds 1, 2 and 5 for a 48-47 score, while Tony Weeks gave Machida every round but the fourth en route to a 49-46 score.
Marco Rosales was the only judge to score it for Anders, giving him rounds 2, 4, and 5 for a 48-47 score.
The split-decision win snapped Machida’s three-fight losing streak.
