Manny Bermudez vs. Davey Grant scrapped from UFC Liverpool

A bantamweight matchup has been scrapped from Sunday night’s UFC Liverpool card, three days out from the fight.

The bout between Manny Bermudez and Davey Grant has pulled from the card. MMA Fighting’s Peter Carroll confirmed an initial report by MMANYTT.com.

Grant was dealing with a staph infection. No word yet on whether the fighters will be paid their show money, or if the bout will be rescheduled for a later date.

The card, headlined by Stephen Thompson vs. Darren Till, now proceeds with 11 fights.
