“METTLE MIKEY” GARCIA PLANS TO FIGHT LINARES AFTER DEFEATING ZLATICANIN

Mikey Garcia (35-0, 29 KOs) aims  to defeat WBC lightweight world champion Dejan Zlaticanin (22-0, 15 KOs) this coming January 28 in Las Vegas, Nevada to be eligible for a unification fight against Venezuelan, Jorge ‘Niño de Oro’ Linares (41-3, 27 KOs).

According to Garcia, he held an encouraging and inspiring conversation with Golden Boy Promotions CEO Oscar De La Hoya recently, expressing their mutual desire to make all of this happen.
