Miesha Tate announced her retirement at UFC 25

Women’s bantamweight No. 1-ranked Miesha Tate vs the contender Raquel Pennington start the UFC 205 Main Cards.

Raquel Pennington made the a biggest victory of her career with her unanimous decision win read as 30-27 twice and 29-28.

After the fight Tate announced her retirement.

“I’ve been doing this for over decade,” the former UFC and Strikeforce women’s champion said. “I’ll love this sport forever, but this is it for me.”
