Moises Fuentes has been presented with the famed green and gold World Boxing Council Belt that he won back in 2010 by defeating Eduardo Gonzalez for the WBC minimumweight Youth Championship.
Since then, “Mo” who started his career in 2007, has won the WBO minimumweight and light flyweight titles.
But in being presented with his belt at the Hotel Geneve, Mo said his allegiance is now to the WBC. And moreover, he hopes to contest its flyweight belt.
Past the bloom of youth, When he won the Guantes de Oro in 2007, Mo accepted this belt from WBC President Mauricio Sulaiman at the traditional Martes a Cafe jamboree.
