No Roman holiday with Alacran!

World Boxing Council super featherweight champion Miguel “Alacran” Berchelt and Miguel “Mickey” Roman clash at the Don Haskins Center stadium on November 3 in open warfare

Accomplished and worthy champion Berchelt aged twenty six (34-1, 30 KOs), from Cancun, Mexico, is determined to make his fourth successful defense of the world title. while thirty two year old Roman (60-12, 47 KOs), from Juarez, will make his third attempt to win a world title.

Roman is training as never before with  trainer Rudy Hernandez in Maywood, California, fully aware that this is his final chance at Green and Gold triumph.

“It’s a fight that my team and I have been awaiting for a long time. November 3 is now so close. All the statements and rhetoric are  behind us and we well know who will be the  next World Boxing Council World Champion,” vowed Roman.

“Training with Rudy has given me results. We make an excellent  team as he is a guy who cares about a complete preparation, including a nutritionist and a physical trainer to define work plan strategy according to specific needs. We are sure to come out with the victory!”

The boxer represented by Promociones del Pueblo has a record of 60 victories  47 by KO, and 12 losses. Mickey has built streak of 20 demolishing knockouts in his last 23 matches.
