OPBF GIVES OFFICIAL RULE BOOK TO MALAYSIAN PROMOTER

RULE BOOK. Oriental and Pacific Boxing Federation (OPBF) President Juan Ramon Guanzon (left) turns over the OPBF By-Laws and Regulations to promoter Raymond Lew, president of the WBC Boxing Malaysia during their inaugural boxing show held July 9 at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. At extreme left is international promoter and matchmaker Brico Santig of Highland Boxing Promotions from the Philippines. The main event was the championship fight between defending OPBF Silver super featherweight champion Carlo “Ferocious” Magali (22-9-3, 11 KOs) of the Philippines and Indian challenger Sandeep Balhara (4-1-0, 3 KOs). Magali won via a 10th round TKO.
