Top Rank held a press conference Thursday with Hall of Fame promoter Bob Arum introducing the Pacquiao-Vargas undercard. The card will feature three world title fights Nonito Donaire vs Jessie Magdaleno, Oscar Valdez vs Hiroshige Osawa and Zou Shiming vs Prasitsak Phaprom. The bout will be this Saturday at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas.
