DAVAO CITY — “Prince” Albert Pagara of Cebu stopped Ratchanon “Lucky Tor Buamas” Sawangsoda of Thailand in the 1st round to keep his winning streak to 6th straight last Aug. 17 at the Superdome in Ormoc City.The 25-year old Pagara now has 32 wins with 23 knockouts against 1 loss while Sawangsoda suffered his 4th defeat against 12 victories.Pagara previously scored a knockout on George Krampah of Ghana in the 1st round to retain his World Boxing Organization Inter-Continental super bantamweight title last Nov. 24 in Cebu City.Meanwhile, super bantamweight Jeo Santisima of Masbate knockout Alvius Maufani of Indonesia in the 1st round to keep his record to 18 wins with 15 knockouts against 2 losses.The 23-year old Santisima earlier scored a unanimous decision over Victor Uriel Lopez of Mexico to retain WBO Oriental super bantamweight last Nov. 24 in Cebu.The promoter is Michael Aldeguer of ALA Promotions.
