Paul Felder will now be calling the big leagues of MMA.
The UFC lightweight will be commentating the FOX Sports 1 portion of Saturday’s UFC event in Pittsburgh. The FOX Sports 1 broadcast, which begins at 8 p.m ET, covers a four-fight preliminary card and a six-fight main card. Felder will serve as a color commentator and will be joining a three-man booth composed of former UFC bantamweight champ Dominick Cruz and play-by-play commentator Jon Anik.
This marks the first time Felder will be commentating on a UFC card. The 33-year-old fighter was previously seen calling MMA fights for the first season of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series, which aired live on UFC Fight Pass.
Felder is currently not booked to compete in the Octagon. His last fight was in July where he scored a first-round knockout over prospect Stevie Ray.
