Undefeated orthodox Apichet Petchmanee of Thailand is defending his World Boxing Council (WBC) Asian Boxing Council lightweight title against compatriot Musheg Adoian on Dec. 5 at the Workpoint Studio in Bang Phun, Thailand.
The 31-year old Petchmanee is presently undefeated with seven wins and no loss or draw.
He has already beaten Adoian by a majority decision in their first encounter last Oct. 3, 2020 at Workpoint.
It was the first title defense of Petchmanee.
Petchmanee won the vacant title over former WBO Asia Pacific featherweight champion Suriya Tatakhun by a decision last Aug. 17, 2019.
Adoian, on the other hand, has won against Roy Mukhlis of Indonesia via a TKO in the 1st round to win the vacant IBA International Asia super lightweight title last Dec. 15 in Pattaya.
The 25-year old Adoian has seven wins with seven knockouts against two loses.
