PROMOCIONES DEL PUEBLO AND ZANFER TEAM UP FOR BRILLIANT FIGHTS

Mexico’s two busiest boxing promotions  companies astutely grasp that working together is a slam dunk!

After cooperating with  Jhonny Gonzalez vs. Jorge Arce  and most recently, viz “Canelo” vs. Julio Cesar Chavez Jr, both  coompanies agreed they need to join forces to offer the best possible  fights.

Together they’ve  already started negotiating a fight between the current WBC bantamweight champion, Mariana “Barby” Juarez and former WBC champion, Jackie Nava.

At the WBC weekly conference we head the Voice of both sides in order to know more about this great bout:

Oswaldo Kuchle, Promociones del Pueblo CEO: “We have had great talks with Zanfer, and  we  want this fight to happen. Mariana has a fight on July but of course we are willing to make all things posible to have a super  fight versus historic champion, Jackie Nava.”

Mariana “Barby” Juarez; As you all know, I am a profesional and i have a fight soon, I am focued on that fight for now. Yet, I can tell you I am so excited at the possibility of facing Jackie Nava. That´s the kind of fight I love.

Guillermo Brito, from ZANFER PROMOTIONS: ” We  have achieved  great advances in the talks with Promociones del Pueblo. You will know more about this fight by the end of this weekend. What I can tell you is that  we are very excited and that we will do  everything possible  to make this fight to happen.”

Jackie Nava: ” I am so excited about  this fight, despite it is not yet a fact.  I would love to contest for the WBC bantamweight belt of Mariana. She is a great fighter, she is a great champion and this fight would be amazing for all Boxing fans.”
