After having to pull out of her title defense at the last second due to health issues, UFC women’s bantamweight champion, Amanda Nunes already has a date for her rematch against top contender, Valentina Shevchenko.

As Combate reported, the pair will now meet at UFC 215 on September 9th. UFC officials haven’t confirmed this themselves, although Dana White did say that the promotion was looking at rescheduling the fight for this card.

Amanda Nunes (14-4) currently rides a five-fight winning streak, having defeated the most notables names in the division, such as Ronda Rousey, Miesha Tate, Valentina Shevchenko herself, and also former women’s featherweight champion, Germaine de Randamie. Nunes’ sole UFC loss came in 2014, when she was TKO’d by Cat Zingano.

Valentina Shevchenko (14-2) comes into the fight on a two-fight winning streak, with wins over Holly Holm and Julianna Pena. Her last and only UFC loss was a unanimous decision defeat to Amanda Nunes in March 2016.

Nunes vs. Shevchenko 2 was originally scheduled for UFC 213 earlier this month, but the Brazilian withdrew on fight day after being hospitalized. While she was medically cleared to compete, Nunes didn’t feel fit to fight, citing her chronic sinusitis.

UFC 215 will take place in Edmonton, Canada and apart from the title fight, it’ll also have a heavyweight match between former champion Junior dos Santos and rising contender Francis Ngannou.
