Rey, who has a 30-0 record with 22 knockouts, won the world title in the United Kingdom by defeating then unbeaten Gavin McDonell.
Rey is proud to be part of the card during which legendary Puerto Rican multi champion Miguel Cotto will say goodbye to Boxing.
