Unbeaten super featherweight power punching sensation Eduardo “Rocky” Hernandez says he’ll fulfill his dream of winning the WBC Youth title in thunderbolt fashion, as an important stepping stone, paving the way in his promising career.
At the Zocalo weigh in, Rocky was 58.500kg, and his taciturn Argentinian opponent Hugo “Dinamita” Santillan registered precisely the same.
Rocky said: “Hugo is taller than me and has a longer reach. He also has a decent record. But I have worked really hard, and I have natural power. God willing my hard will be raised in victory.
“I’ve been looking for this title opportunity for a year and a half and I feel so motivated, as it’s at a huge venue. My punching power is the result of a lot of hard work and constant training, which has further developed my natural power. Through this I will gain and exploit the advantage.”
