Roman left no doubt!

Miguel ‘Micky’ Roman emphatically stamped his passport to  march on and contest the absolute super featherweight crown of the World Boxing Council on Saturday night by defeating the  previously unbeaten Venezuelan Michel ‘Gallo de Oro’ Marcano with a pulverizing body shot knockout, at  the Plaza de la Mexicanidad of his native City Juarez Chihuahua.

Román, in front of more than 7,000 loyat fans, as always stood his ground, this time agaisnt tough, lanky and determined Marcano.

In the second round, all of Mickey’s hard training in LA, provided dividents.  He closed in on his taller opponent, landed an eye watering left hook to the liver of the  the Venezuelan, who dropped like a stone to the canvass, got to his knees, but floundering, he could not regain his feet.  Roman now seeks another arena and a date to face the WBC world champion.
