Leo Santa Cruz and Carl Frampton top a five-fight televised card tonight.
Tonight beginning at 7 pm ET, we’ll have live coverage of a five-fight bill from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, with Leo Santa Cruz facing Carl Frampton in a highly anticipated featherweight main event.
The broadcast will start on SHO Extreme at 7 pm ET, featuring hometown welterweights Paulie Malignaggi (35-7, 7 KO) and Gabriel Bracero (24-2, 5 KO) meeting in a 10-round bout, plus lightweights Ivan Redkach (19-1-1, 15 KO) and Tevin Farmer (21-4-1, 5 KO) squaring off in a make or break 10-rounder.
The main card goes live on Showtime at 9 pm ET, kicking off with a junior middleweight fight between Tony Harrison (23-1, 19 KO) and Sergey Rabchenko (27-1, 20 KO), set for 12 rounds. In the co-feature, Mikey Garcia (34-0, 28 KO) returns to action for the first time in 31 months, facing Elio Rojas (24-2, 14 KO), who is breaking his own inactive spell of nearly 24 months.
And in the main event, Leo Santa Cruz (32-0-1, 18 KO) defends the WBA featherweight title against Carl Frampton (22-0, 14 KO).
