Unbeaten welterweight contender Giovanni “Gallo de Oro” Santillan arrived in Tampa, Florida for his upcoming challenge this Friday against NABO Champion “Hurricane” Sammy Valentin at the A La Carte Pavillion.

Santillan and Valentin will see each other for the first time at the press conference, Wednesday at the local Children’s Cancer Center, 4901 W Cypress St., at 2 PM where WBO President Francisco “Paco” Valcarcel will make a donation to the center during the ceremony. Santillan accompanied by his father/manager Memo and brother/trainer Gerson Santillan arrived confident and said: “I’m ready and I will win by KO.”
