World Boxing Council silver flyweight champion Seniesa Estrada is ready her title this evening against Miranda Adkins (5-0-0, 5 Ko’s) at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino in Indio, California.
Estrada (18-0, 7 KOs) comes from defeating Marlen Esparza on the Canelo vs. Kovalev card in November of last year. She had planned to face the Mexican Jacky Calvo in March, but the COVID-19 pandemic changed this. If she comes out with a raised hand, Seniesa hopes to fight against WBC champion, Yesenia Gómez.
This Thursday, Estrada, and Adkins underwent the official weigh-in, behind closed doors and under strict security measures.
Seniesa Estrada weighed 107.8 pounds, while Miranda Adkins was 106.8 pounds.
