FOUR prospects from Singapore all won against their opponents from the Philippines last August 21 at the Scape, Ground Theater 2 Orchard in Singapore.

Super featherweight Nurshahidah “The Sniper” Roslie continued her winning form by stopping Krisna Limbaga of the Philippines in the first round of a scheduled 6-rounder.

The 28-year old Roslie scored her fourth straight win in just 33 seconds of the opening round to remain unbeaten. It was only the debut for Limbaga, 27, a native of Santa Catalina, Negros Oriental.

Roslie had earlier captured the vacant Universal Boxing Organization (UBO) Inter-Continental female super featherweight crown by knocking out Wondergirl Sithsaithong last June 10 at the SFA commercial building in Singapore.

Three other Filipino fighters also bowed to their separate rivals from Singapore.

Super featherweight Jonel Borbon of Camarines Norte also lost to Muhamad “The Chosen Wan” Ridhwan of Singapore by a knockout in the third round of the main event.

The 28-year old Ridhwan also remained undefeated with his fourth straight win while Borbon suffered his 20th defeat against two wins and two draws.

The other bouts saw light heavyweight Rafi Majid (3-0-0) knocked out Arnold “D Machete” Garcia (2-5-0) of Lanao del Norte in the first round while super welterweight Will  “The Kill” Chope (1-0-0) outpointed Gilbert Donasales (6-12-1) of Laguna.
