World Boxing Council International Light heavyweight champion Joe Smith Jr. (23-1, 19 KOs), who on December 17 knocked out the legend, Bernard Hopkins, is a busy construction worker on his native Longe Island, NY.

Joe , who works with his hands at two jobs,  had a great 2016 defeating talented Andrzej Fonfara,  to conquer the International WBC belt, and  delivered the  first demolishing KO  of Bernard Hopkins` distinguished career.
This again proves why boxers are some of the most special athletes in the world.

Having built a ring career from the foundations up,  where the sky`s the limit,  there`s no ceiling, and this is no pipe dream,   In 2017…hey Joe….he could gain his first chance to fight for a world title, as the current champion Adonis Stevenson is said to be poring over site plans to face him!
