SMITH AND SKOGLUND SUPER READY

THE much-anticipated “World Boxing Super Series” Tournament bursts into action this Saturday, when undefeated fighters, Callum Smith (22-0, 17 KO’s) and Erik Skoglund (26-0, 12 KOs) keenly contest the first quarter-final, at the Echo Arena in Liverpool, UK.

Smith selected Skoglund as his quarterfinal opponent during the Gala Ceremony, on 8 July at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco. Skoglund, who comes from the light heavyweight ranks to face one of the best super middleweight fighters in the world.

At the official weigh in, Smith weighed 167.5 pounds, while Skoglund was exactly the same!
