World Boxing Council heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder will defend his title against mandatory challenger Bermane Stiverne on Saturday November 4 in a rematch of the fight they held in 2015.
This event will be held at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn , and that will be broadcast live on SHOWTIME.
Wilder (38-0, 37 KOs) dethroned former champ Stiverne in January 2015 by unanimous decision in what was the most grueling fight of his career.
Stiverne is quite sure that in this second fight the result will be entirely different.
“In the first fight I had with Wilder. I was not 100% ready. I was having a bad time and I could not give everything of myself. This time, the training camp has gone well. I already know Wilder’s style and I know how to counter it. What is certain is that the public will see a great fight.”
