Visiting Mexico City, the Mexican-born fighter from Arizona, Sulem Urbina, was excited and proud to be in the country of her birth and heritage.
Sulem who’s just defeated Carol Castro Madrid in Ciudad Obregon, expressed her desire to become world champion of the most important boxing body, the WBC.
With five professional fights, but a great plus impressive track record in the amateur field, where she won 87 fights with just 7 defeats, participating in several national and international competitions representing Mexico, Sulem has the skills to go far.
Sulem says that only God knows about destiny, but that she will work very hard to achieve the dream of her life, to become the world champion of the WBC. And for her, every fight is a fiesta.
A young woman who has suffered hard blows, the strongest of which was losing her younger brother three years ago. A tragedy that led her to deeply reflect and realize that is short and that every opportunity must be explored.
