SUNDAY PUNCH- FANTASTIC UPCOMING FINAL OF THE SECOND “JOSÉ SULAIMÁN” AMATEUR TOURNAMENT

In a crowded press conference held in the traditional restaurant “Tenampa” located in the heart of Plaza Garibaldi, Professor Sandalio Sainz de la Maza, Director of Sport and Culture of the Metro, praised the fabulous upcoming final of the second edition of the “José Sulaiman ”  Amateur Tournament of more than 400 participants, predicting it`ll have the audience on the edge of their seats.

All time great champion Carlos Zárate, who`s its Director thanked wonderful crowds,  who`ve  appreciated  the work, dedication and effort of the young people that  found in this sport  a open  window that will take them to ever brighter horizons.

Delegate of  Cuauhtémoc, Dr. Ricardo Monreal, is  thrilled and enthusiastic to greet and receive this great final in a place as emblematic as the Garibaldi Plaza, predicting there are several fledgling world champions competing…for sure.
He invited all present to enjoy these great fights  that will take place on Sunday starting 11 am.

Sandalio Sainz confirmed the presence of great former champions and current  world champions, who will make this final a unique event.

Carlos Zarate was emphatic in saying that this tournament  will always try its utmost to honor our beloved Don Jose, who was not only his friend but also a magnificent , admirable and forever memorable example.
