Sunday punch! Pacquiao and Spence start fight promotion

Undefeated World Boxing Council welterweight champion Errol Spence Jr., and multiple world champion icon Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao, start the promotional campaign on Sunday, in a press conference that will be broadcast live on the FOX network starting at 5 p.m. ET.

They fight on August 21 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

“I have been looking forward to this for my entire career. Manny Pacquiao is a legend and future Hall of Famer. Being able to share the ring with him and come out with a victory would be the highlight of my career thus far. I come to win, and he comes to win and that’s what makes it an all-action fight. I can’t wait to get in the ring at T-Mobile Arena on August 21 on a night that is going to be so exciting, “said Spence Jr.

Pacquiao responded: “I’m excited to face Errol Spence. He has an aggressive and action-packed fighting style. Boxing fans will be very happy with this world championship fight.”
