Former world champion Amir Khan and businessman Bill Dosanjh have teamed up to host the first professional boxing league in India, with the total support of the World Boxing Council.
Eight franchises will be participating in this interesting boxing tournament, administered by the WBC and its affiliated body in India, PBOI.
“We have the support of the WBC and the Professional Boxing Organization of India. Amir Khan’s academy has a lot of talent and skills, we also have a lot of fighters from London, the United States and Canada,” explained Bill Dosanjh.
The “Super League of Boxing” marks the beginning of its first season at the Siri Fort Sports Complex of New Delhi, India, including the clashes between two teams: Delhi Gladiators Vs. Haryana Warriors.
