Canelo Alvarez enjoys a well-deserved vacation in Paris

Canelo posted on social networks that after his victory last week against Caleb Plant, he traveled to Paris with his wife.

After Canelo emerged victorious achieving new records and crowns, he shared on his social media about the beginning of his well-deserved vacation with his wife in Paris.

Canelo Álvarez fought 4 times in a period of 11 months, which practically kept him in the gym most of the time and on a diet to stay in good weight, thinking about all the goals he had in mind, fighting in 168 pounds.

It was on November 6, when the Mexican icon faced Caleb Plant, where the American risked the IBF super middleweight title, while the man from Guadalajara put his WBC, WBA and WBO belts on the table. The duel was intense with resistance from Plant and execution of the best version of him, but against Canelo, it was difficult to reach 12 rounds and he was stopped in 11 episodes.

With that victory, Canelo managed to have the 4 world titles and be the first undisputed of the division and the first unified Mexican and Latino in history, in which it was his 60th fight as a professional.

After the triumph, the boxer himself, friends, colleagues and personalities showed images of the celebration party for the new conquest, where the Aztec sang at the top of his lungs and had fun after months in the gym with Eddy Reynoso.

After a few days he has started the trip to Paris, where he is with his wife, Fernanda, to enjoy days of good time in the City of Lights.

They have posted pics on the outskirts of the Eiffel Tower and in a high-end restaurants.

Without confirming Canelo Álvarez’s plans for next year, it seems that the remainder of 2021 will be complete rest, taking care of him, but giving his body a break due to the intensity of work in 11 months.

Eventually the Mexican will return to boxing action in the first quarter of the year, looking for challenges to defend his titles or even try to reach records one division higher.

Canelo already boasts of being a champion in the super welterweight, middle, super middle and light heavyweight, but he longs to achieve more goals that highlight him in a historical and period site.
