This is how relaxed and strong Mexican challenger Isaac “Pitbull” Cruz looked like during the media workout 3 days ahead of the most important fight of his life.

Yes indeed, the 23-year-old Isaac “Pitbull” Cruz (22-1-1, 15 KO’s) from Ciudad de México is set to clash against dangerous unbeaten KO king Gervonta “Tank” Davis (25-0, 24 KO’s) for the WBA Lightweight (Regular) World Title this coming Sunday, Dec 4, (Monday Morning here in Asia), at the Staples Center, Los Angeles, live on Showtime PPV, with tons of his Mexican compatriots there at the Staples Center cheering for him.

Many of those fans wonder if the tough, coming-forward, heavy-handed Pitbull will be able to display the skills and power needed to halt and dethrone the ring-smart and skilled “Tank” Davis, 27, a man known for his fast ‘n furious explosive punching?

Or will “Tank” Davis – the dear protegé of Floyd Mayweather – viciously ravage and disassemble the Mexican “The Pitbull” in the way he destroyed his fellow Mexican Leo “Terremoto” Santa Cruz a year ago in San Antonio?

We need to find out.

Interestingly, the exciting Gervonta Davis vs “Pitbull” Cruz is one of the hot 135-lbs rumbles re-shaping the lightweight division after the Kambosos vs Lopez Lightweight unification war last week.

Because WBC Lightweight (Regular) champ David Haney will also defend his belt against former champ Jo Jo Díaz Saturday at the MGM Grand Las Vegas; and the ever-popular Vasyl Lomachenko battles world-ranked Lightweight Richard Commey next week at New York’s Madison Square Garden

The lightweight division is indeed hyper hot these days with all these fights aligning the winners for even more thrilling lightweight rumbles in early 2022.

Will “The Pitbull” Cruz be one of the winning fighters?

He is no way the betting favourite, odds are totally against him. But that doesn’t mean anything. Because what matters is this: when the bell sounds, can he really get the job done..??

Davis vs Cruz, May the Best Man Win..!!
